Job Summary

 

We are looking for a passionate, energetic person and self driven professionals - Inside Sales/SDR's with experience in new customer acquisition, retention, businesses and growth for NeoDove (SaaS Startup). It will involve you positioning our product to businesses looking to improve their efficiency.

A specialist who can plan and execute a new Strategy to help build NeoDove as a brand. Execute customer outreach activities in the different Industries like Automobile, Real Estate, Fintech, Edutech, Healthcare and solar are responsible for the growth of NeoDoves passionate user community in their region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the New Customer Acquisition team.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, LinkedIn, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
  • Present powerful sales presentations and perform effective online demos to demonstrate the value propositions of NeoDove.
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline towards targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
  • Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate NeoDove solutions and customer requirements.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Analyse and communicate with customers in overall performance and execution of action plans and Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, and execute planned sales activities.
  • Responsible for the daily reports of the team (Dials, Talk Time, Emails, Opportunities).
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Team (CST) to analyse and communicate with the customers on overall performance.

Skills

  • Proven Inside sales experience, preferably at SaaS start-up.
  • Team Player and Team Handling with proper guidance.
  • Track - record of over achieving the target allotted.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills.
  • Ability to make focused efforts to close deals. The ideal candidate should be strategy driven

Education/Experience

Experience: 2 - 7 years
