Responsibilities:

(Spring, AWS, Architecture Design, Problem Solver)
• Co-ordinate development with offshore and client's team
• Deliver expert, hands-on technical support for urgent troubleshooting
• Communicate with internal and external clients to elicit requirements
• Hire and lead a team to develop and support a Liferay portals
• Train your team to provide quality technical deliverables and timely support resolutions
• Translate clients business needs into technical solutions

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar
• JSR 168/286 portlet development using Spring MVC Portlet/Liferay MVC Portlet.
• Liferay Development using components such as Service Builder, Hooks, Web proxy portlet, Themes, Layouts, Ext-Plugins.
• Technial skills including Java, Hibernate, Spring, OO JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, YUI/AUI, etc.
• Strong in Java, J2EE and design techniques.
• Analyze applications, business processes and recommend performance improvement processes, UI enhancements and redesign using tools and technologies like jQuery/AUI/Velocity in Portal Platform.
• Install, configure, tuning application, deployment monitoring and performance tuning for Liferay Portal on Windows and/or Linux platforms.
• Experience of Ant, Maven, SVN, GIT
• Excellent Problem Solving Skills.
• Good written and verbal communication. Should have exposure in dealing with overseas clients.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working and integration with third party tools like Nuxeo, Alfresco, CAS, KonaKart, Social Office, etc
• Frontend technologies like AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap, Foundation frameworks.
• Experience working on CI tools like Jenkins
• Experience on NoSQLs like MongoDB or Cassandra
• Experience in setting up, maintaining Integrated Development and Test environments
• MS Office suite of products including Project, Visio, Word and Excel.
