Business Development Officer

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Builds business contacts to leverage and create business opportunites for the brand by identifying and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders viz. Architects, Interior Decorators, Large Paint Contractors etc. Should fully understand the companys products and its applications as well as the customers need and requirement to service customers which in turn helps to contribute to business success; Will be a support function for the Sales Organisation in the targeted geography.

Job Duties:

  • Identifies opportunities and work in the secondary market which includes Architects, Reputed Builders, Interior Decorators, Large Paint Contractors etc. and create awareness for the MRF Vapocure brand.
  • To generate leads from this secondary market and pass it on to the Sales Team for further follow-up and monitor that those leads are converted to sales.
  • To work closely with Govt./ Semi Govt. organizations for necessary approvals for MRF Vapocure.
  • To participate in the tender business of these Govt./Semi-Govt. organizations.
  • To identify Architects specializing in Industries Segment and Specialised Floor Coating Applicators for promoting Floor Coating business.
  • To organize Architect meets and other b2c/b2b events, where required.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Assertiveness, Negotiation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Result Orientation, Creativity, Independence, Motivation, Ability to deal with pressure, Excellent Language Skills (English and Local Language)

Education/Experience

Experience Required: 3-5 years
