We are looking to add a Proposal Writer to its growing team. Our list of services include website and software development, e-commerce development, AWS cloud migration, managed hosting, etc.
We are participating in multiple government and commercial RFPs related to the above services. The person needs to have the following skills:

Job Description : 

• Analyzing Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) from Businesses, Non-Profits, and Government Entities.
•  Gathering and understanding project requirements and defining Project Scope; Understanding Project Compliance Requirements.
•  Writing and Proofreading Proposals ensuring all requirements are met.
•  Interfacing with Marketing Team for inputs for copy related to company promotion.
•  Interfacing with Sales and Delivery Teams for Inputs on technical aspects of the project.
•  Ensuring all deadlines related to the RPF are committed to calendar and appropriate actions taken.
•  Undertaking communication with the point of contact at the organizations requesting the Proposal.

Writing Skills:  must have a mastery of language. Great spelling, punctuation, and grammar count, as well as the ability to write succinctly and boil complex ideas down into simple explanations.

Creativity:  need to understand their audience and creatively explain ideas in a way that will be appealing .Time Management: Proposals are often on strict deadlines. Being able to write well with deadlines in mind is critical.

Organization: candidates often work on many projects at once. Staying organized is crucial to being successful in this role.

Research: Writer must have strong research skills to understand the potential client as well as the specific services we'll provide (especially if the writer does not have a technical background).

Communication: Communication is key. Writer must be able to communicate and collaborate with the team to make they stay on top of their responsibilities and are able to ask questions when needed. Record keeping: Since we usually submit several Proposals at a time, it's important for
