Job Responsibilities

• Use HTML/CSS to create user-friendly and mobile responsive Magento front-end
• Create Magento themes including templates, layouts, blocks, CSS, JavaScript, translations etc.
• Use the Admin Panel to implement design-related system configuration and modify the appearance of specific pages
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve usability
• Assist back-end development with coding and troubleshooting issues
• Participate and be involved in overall application lifecycle
• Participate in project & deployment planning
• Maintain and improve Magento websites including site performance
• Stay up to date on current best practices and new technologies
• Provide training, help and support to other team members

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of Magento front-end development experience
• Experience with JavaScript and ES 5/6
• Experience with Magento PWA, Angular, REACT will be a plus
• Hands on experience with SASS, LESS, Grunt, Git
• Experience working with React JS / Angular JS / RESTful API
• Proven experience developing mobile-optimized sites
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process
• Knowledge of SEO principles and layout aesthetics
• Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Good English communication skills will work in candidate's favour
