Being an inbound process, agents receive the call, take the remote session, and diagnose the problem. The agent let the customer understand the problem, solution, and charges for the services with a proper disclaimer. After the customer's authorization, the agent proceeds further and forward the call to the technical department.

Requirement -
Command over English and Sales skills.
