Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze the performance metrics and design various initiatives to ensure the efficiency is maintained at the maximum level
Drive initiative planned in the territory 0-90 bucket for performance excellence
Develop a road map for corrective action, ensure buy in from the leadership team on required changes & execute and track the improvement in order to implement the efficiency enhancement measures.
SLA and income generation:
Regular meetings and reviews with Collection Officers for developing the efficiency level
Review process implementation and adherence to laid down processes
Visit branches and customers
Mentor and guide the team on regular basis
Adherence to compliance norms

Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline

Experience: Minimum 6+ years experience of Collections in Vehicle Products.
