Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:   

1. Collections efficiency

a. Drive the collections efficiency (91-450) bucket across the state.

b. Analyze the state performance metrics and design various initiatives to ensure the efficiency is maintained at the maximum level

c. Drive initiative planned in the state 91-450 bucket for performance excellence

d. Develop a road map for corrective action, ensure buy in from the leadership team on required changes & execute and track the improvement in order to implement the efficiency enhancement measures.

2.SLA and income generation:

a. Regular meetings and reviews with TM, BM for developing the efficiency level

b. Review process implementation and adherence to laid down processes

c. Visit branches to gather inputs and accordingly suggest inputs to the team

d. Address gaps with individuals across the state with the help of F&F team

e. Capacity planning

f. Conduct periodic reviews of TLs

3.People Management and compliance

a. Training the state team as per the specific requirement

b. Mentor and guide the team on regular basis

Adherence to compliance norms

Desired Candidate Profile

a. Graduate in any Discipline/MBA
b. 10 + years of exeperience in team Management with similar products.

c. Repo and Legal knowledge is must

d. Knowledge of local language is a must. Must be a resident of the area. Strong understanding of customers and their profiles .

e. Must possess high energy, perseverant and must be willing for extensive field work travel. Must be good in communication, team management and negotiation skills.
