Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Coordination with Insurance Company / Insurance Broker for timely Claim Intimation and claim lodging.
• Coordination with Insurance Surveyor for timely survey and providing required documents to the Surveyor and Insurance Company.
• Preparation & Submission of claims along with supporting documents.
• Coordination and follow ups with Insurance Company for claim settlement.
• Coordination with respective authorities for all types of FASTag related works.
• Any work being assigned by the Head of Dept from time to time related to RTO matters like registration of Vehicle & Machinery, deposition of road taxes, obtaining permits & NOCs for registration with RTOs.
• Preparation of monthly MIS and report to HoD.
• Online Tax Payment of all vehicles/Machinery centrally at HO with respective RTOs
