Job Description

• Minimum of 15+ years of technical experience working with projects across multiple technology stacks like Java, BigData technologies like ETL/NiFi/Spark/Cassandra, DevOps technologies like AWS/Docker/Kubernetes/Kafka/Kudu, AI/ML, web frameworks like NodeJS/ReactJS/AngularJS.
• Ability to work in diverse roles like Technical/Solutions Architect, Technical Management having strong hands-on coding skills  
• Provide help in the Pre-Sales process for understanding the functional requirements, suggest suitable technologies, provide help in finalizing a technical solution, extend a supporting hand for resolving any technical issues faced by the team members
• Experience in understanding challenges in translating ideas to technical requirements and architecture.
• Experience in managing multiple projects across various technology stacks
• Lead and motivate the project team members and communicate proactively with various stakeholders of the project like the client, the team, and the management
• Act as a bridge between the client and the project execution team
• Manage multiple projects at a time by effective utilization of the bandwidth
• Identify suitable resources needed for the projects and assist the other support roles in procuring the resources
• Ability to identify various risks associated with the project spread across multiple phases of the project and provide a plan to mitigate those risks
• Innovative thought process to understand the client's pain points and provide targeted solutions to grow the account
• Report to senior management and provide all necessary project health reports
• Maintain harmony and cohesiveness among various resources in the team
• Take ownership and responsibility of the project execution, do retrospective analysis and improve the processes
• Strong Leadership and organizational abilities. Must have excellent project management and technical skills.
