Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • Should be a good communicator in English or local languages
  • Should be confident & fluent while addressing customer queries or concerns
  • Providing appropriate services to our customers
  • Responsible for converting prospective customers into actual customers
  • Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints
  • Adherence to policies, systems and procedures
  • Ensuring the store and the inventory is neat and clean at all times
  • Visiting Vendors & fulfilling doorstep orders
  • Process Sales and purchases on POS (Point of Sale)
