Required creteria :

• Must have site experience in engineering equipment (e.g. motor, pump, Transformer,FCU, AHU, sprinkler system etc) operation, inspection and maintenance for MEP
• Maintenance, inspection work knowledge for buildings for ACS
• Preferable, if have experience in international standard project
• Experience should not be less than 5 years atleast

Education :

Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or related qualification such as project management, business management or equivalent education qualification in Engineering operation and Facilities Management Practice.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience of working in a similar facilities management role, within a medium to large organisation, including line management responsibility for a multi skilled team.
• Working knowledge of principles and practices of engineering operation management.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in working for an organisation dealing with international buildings operation management.
• Good IT skills and full proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
