4.3.6.1 Trouble shooting IT Asset related issues & resolve the same. 4.3.6.2 Maintaining, installing of Operating Systems, desktop / Office Automation software, as and when required. In addition to this, updating of Business application software through upgrades provided by TPL & other services, such as relocation of Systems, adding / removing accessories, attachment or other devices peripherals. 4.3.6.3 Installing, reloading, reconfiguration, updating of any desktop client machine for office automation software, e-mail under Exchange environment, Internet explorer, Intranet, Internet etc., as and when required. 4.3.6.4 In case of Hard Disk failure / Partition problem, the Vendor shall make all possible attempts to retrieve the data & transfer to new Hard disk. Vendor shall make available required standard Data recovery tools at TPL Central site, Vendor will provide license details to TPL of this software. 4.3.6.5 Regular check-up and cleaning of registry to protect the PCs against the Viruses / Worms. TPL will provide antivirus tool for diagnosing & rectifying any virus problems by the Vendor. 4.3.6.6 Configuring the print server and resolving all printing problems of Users. 4.3.6.7 Network Connector & I/O crimping & punching will be carried out by technical Support Engineer. 4.3.6.8 Maintain and updated document for Local Zone inventory. Also update local zone network diagrams with relevant detail. 4.3.6.9 Besides these all other miscellaneous IT activity will be carried out by Engineer as per TPL IT requirement. 4.3.6.10 Engineer will provide primary support for Video surveillance or CCTV camera and related system.
