Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving growth in sales targets set by the company for India region
  • Define and implement sales strategies and targets.
  • Develops business plans that ensure growth and objectives are achieved
  • Developing new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues
  • Develop Sales Plan to ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Strategize, prioritize and monitor business plans to meet sales goals and objective
  • Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts in targeted verticals
  • Identify business opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with global customers and clients.
  • Increase market share and expand distribution channels and customer base Achieve revenue, margin and collection objectives set for the product line in annual operating plan

Skills Required:  

  • Demonstrated track record in business development with successfully achieving sales targets.
  • Has strong functional, analytical and strategic thinking with project management skills.
  • Travel to prospective locations if required.

Education/Experience

Experience: Min 7 years relevant experience from similar industry

 

Education Qualification: MBA (preferably)
