Job Description

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Buildand deepen relationships with customers to achieve increase in share of walletand revenues through the phone banking channel
  • Provideprofessional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Havecomplete knowledge of customer base in terms of the profile, demographics andassets in the bank
  • Serveas one-point contact to the mapped customers of the bank
  • Crossselling of new products and services for both new and existing customers
  • Providingadvisory for various products offered by Banks to enhance relationship value
  • Developand maintain banking relationships with select group of customers throughindividualized customer service
  • Generatenew business to achieve defined targets in terms of no of customers, volumesand revenue for the segment
  • Achievethe budgeted cross sell targets
  • Ensurecoverage of customer base in accordance with business plans

 

Key skills: 

  • Ability to manage relationshipsto improve relationship value of existing Clients
  • Aptitude towards deliveringhigh quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Self-driven with sales bent ofmind

Education/Experience

  • MBA with 0 to 4 years of experience.
