• We are looking for a smart, energetic US IT Recruiter to join our TA team. This role would require you to manage the entire end to end recruitment process for technical requirements for our global offices. This role would also require you to network online and offline with potential candidates, promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
• Source potential candidates for multiple niche skill sets through various job boards.
• Build a strong pipeline & database of candidates.
• Research & Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate sourcing.
• Perform screening calls to understand candidates skills and abilities.
• Coordination with multiple parties across the recruitment process from sourcing up until the candidate joins the organization.
• Coordinate with engineering leaders to understand the existing requirements and also forecast future hiring needs.
• Promote companies reputation as a great place to work.
• Keep up-to-date with new hiring and technological trends.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Should have 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, working on various sourcing platforms like Dice, Indeed etc.
• Good exposure working on IT requirements and understanding of technologies is a must.
• Exposure to VMS or who worked with direct client or W2 requirements.
• Hands-on experience in global recruitment.
• Experience in closely working with stakeholders.
• He/She should be familiar with US tax terms and terminology.
• Must have fluent Communication Skills.
