Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering /Electronics Engineering.
• 2 or more years of experience in Software Development using Laravel Framework.
• Passion for best design and coding practices, excellent problem solving skills, plus the ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by clear issue explanations, documentation of knowledge, and effective intra-and inter-group communications.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, cross group collaboration, project management, time management and negotiation skills.

Must have

• Sound knowledge of web development & custom PHP programming with one or more open sources MVC frameworks like Laravel and Symfony
• Strong knowledge of Laravel features like Eloquent ORM, API Resources, Collection, Passport, Artisan / Console Command development, Events, Queue, Migrations, Service Providers, Middleware etc
• Good experience in developing RESTful APIs. Should be able to document APIs with Open API specification / Swagger
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Expert understanding of OOPS and MVC design patterns
• Should have experience in PHP development with proven experience in developing scalable, reliable and robust applications
• Expert understanding of MySQL schema design advanced querying, indexes, triggers, and performance optimization
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Good to have

• Experience with JavaScript (native JS and ReactJS) is a big plus
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) toolset
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Paypal, etc)
• Knowledge of Saas based product development and management is desirable
