Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Support the CMO/MH in Brand identity building + management through conceptualizing and ideating campaigns, ATL+BTL + Digital.

- Vision to seek out new promotional avenues to support, popularize and program objectives. Marketing Communication and Social Media Marketing for the company.

- Help develop and execute growth targets and marketing strategies that align with the business plan and brand objectives.

- Participating in product launches to help build product messaging, product collateral, sales tools and general support of the launch plan.

- Developing sales tools such as customer presentations, solution briefs and data sheets to enable sales teams to tell the 'Connected homes' product story effectively.

- Connecting market technology trends with company's products to help build product positioning and messages for key use cases to highlight differentiation in market.

- Work closely with corporate sales team to guide the campaign strategy, act as subject matter expert for content, events programs

- Assessing market requirements, developing recommendations for product direction, establishing market, pricing plans and strategies for GTM execution

- Speaking and presenting internally + externally to promote our product story

- Revenue maximization through sponsored events, internal events, product placements

- Annual marketing budget on revenue expense projections

- Reporting to CMO.

- Work with agency and channel partner team to grow online presence by leveraging Social media, SEO/SEM to increase awareness, preference for the brand

- Work with Product marketing sales to identify programs to generate incremental sales and/or profitability.

- Lead Online Platform development supporting ALL Online initiatives including affiliate Marketing (Direct, White Label, Strategic Partnerships).
