REMOTE JOB. Attractive Salary with Target based Variables (and Commission).

Looking to hire BDE having minimum 1 - 2 years of experience of IT for bidding on new projects.

• Having experience for Online Bidding portal on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc. Generating business through lead generation, online bidding on online portals like Upwork, GURU, Freelancer, email marketing or campaigns, social media and other creative methods.
• Should be able to independently manage end to end Lead procedures (from Lead generation to Lead maturity) & close Leads on individual basis.
• Should be familiar with technical jargons related to Web/Mobile Development.
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers & managers. Writing Technical Proposals, RFP, RFI, dealing with clients and winning bids or getting projects.
• Should have hands on experience of dealing with clients in National and International market.
• Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client. Experience with Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups and also coordinating with the technical team.
• Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Mobile Application Development, Web Development and Digital Marketing.
• Generating new Business through channels like LinkedIn, email, etc from national & international (potential) clients for a wide range of Digital Services. Communicate with prospective clients through emails, telephone calls, skype, etc. for requirement gathering and closure. Use social media well to generate sales leads.
• Ability to handle pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines. Maintain top order client relations and be able to maintain them in all situations. Strategic thinking for the Sales Cycle.
