Overview:

A Magento Technical Lead will be responsible for developing and managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope. Responsibilities include project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestone.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in Designing and Architecting Enterprise Applications, DevOps, Software Development Best Practices and Processes. Full ownership to build and deliver quality software and services with full accountability for scope, architecture, services, infrastructure, and quality.
• Well-rounded technical background with experience in programming, analysis, design, architecture, testing.
• Ability to develop and drive high-level strategic programs, but can also roll up his/her sleeves, dig in, eliminate obstacles to get the job done.
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and risks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Take complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
• Maturity, high judgement, negotiation skills, ability to influence teams in organizational structure, and analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
• Work with team to identify team members who show special aptitude to learn and grow.

• Ability to learn quickly, think creatively and provide structure and logic to complex problems with conflicting priorities is essential.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree- B.Tech/MSc/MTech/MCA.
• Excellent spoken and written ENGLISH skills.
• Experience working with US clients
• Experienced on Magento
• 7+ years of experience as a Tech lead on complex software development and/or IT operations projects.
• Experience in PMO operations ensuring effective resource management, risk management, business case development, financial budgeting and forecasting, project coordination and metrics definition and reporting
• Ability to learn quickly, think creatively and provide structure and logic
