Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience of 2-6 years in selling IT / software services and consulting services in International & Indian market.
• Lead Generation - penetrate and establish initial contact and gather information.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Ability to identify the decision-maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical executives and managers.
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Meet or exceed targets for both generating qualified leads and converting them into sales.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes in the business process or company environment.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Be self-motivated, and can organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
• Extensive sales experience.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services or solutions.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
