**WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN HR EXECUTIVE WHO CAN BUILD SCIENTIFIC, EFFECTIVE, ORGANIZATIONAL POLICIES & SYSTEMS FROM THE GROUND UP.**

Human Resources Executive

• We're based in South Korea & the U.S., and for our Indian branch, we're currently in our 3rd year of operations with a total of around 60+ people.
• In India, we're based in Noida and Pune.
• We're currently filling out positions in our core team that will spearhead the next iteration of our product line, and help mould the next generation of the Indian workforce. (**Our company develops recruitment apps that are geared towards taking down Naukri, Indeed & Upwork.**)

What you will be doing:

• Good knowledge of software development is a huge plus
• Excellent communication skills in English**
• Let's be frank, the HR team's core function is to (1) Get incredible hires, (2) Create an amazing company culture, and (3) Train people to exceed their capabilities. So simple, yet so difficult.
• Drafting company recruitment & HR policy as per cutting-edge organizational theories from the ground up**
