- Technical Solution Proposer & Architect who understands client needs and proposes business solutions combining all Rigel services

- Well versed with know-how & execution of projects with respect to custom software, mobile apps, in multiple technologies like microsoft, open source, android, ios, linux & other technical platforms

- Advantageous if know to handling of projects with remote infrastructure services, staffing, cloud & virtualization, big data

- Simultaneously estimating, executing & delivering multiple projects

- Persuasively increasing client life time value, knowing more about client business and proposing solutions, justifying ROI to clients

- Delivering entire SDLC from project analysis, estimation, kickoff, design, coding, testing, deployment, go live, support and maintenance of projects

- Efficient Resource & People Manager ensuring effective and full utilization of all resources / team members

- Process oriented and adaptive to agile work methodology

- Clear & precise documentation of various documents with projects, customers and people

- Technology tools awareness like Project management tools / team management tools / client communication

- Excellent communicator, persuasive and positively convincing clients on various matters by producing factual figures and data
