• Extensive experience in HR & Workforce domain
• Extensive experience in translation of business need to functional specifications.
• Extensive experience working on data flows. 
• Knowledge and experience evaluating products and capabilities of different vendors
• Strong data management and data validation / analysis skills
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present recommendations
• Create BRD, impact assessments, functional specifications, flow charts, Root cause analysis and other diagnostic documentations.
• Able to handle release related activities.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with business partners
• Ability to work independently and with a team, and ability to manage assignments and achieve agreed upon milestones

Work Location:

• As of now we are 100% WFH and will continue WFH till it's absolutely safe to visit the office.
• Once it's safe to travel, employee will visit the office (Ahmedabad or Mumbai locations) once in a week to once in a month (depends on his/her current location). Logistic managed by us.
