Job Breif :

We are looking for a US-IT Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, who has a good experience sourcing profile from differnt portals.

Roles and responsibilities :

* At least 1-6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
* Should have a Working experience with US Clients/Vendors.
* Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
* Excellent communication skills and well versed with all kinds of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C).
* Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients requirements.

Skills Required :

* Sound knowledge in IT Industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. o Excel o Microsoft Outlook o Microsoft Word.
* Experience in tax terms, negotiations, building relationships.

**If working with implementation partners such as Insight Global, Apex systems, TEKsystems, Experis, Modis, HCL, Hexaware, Cognizant is a big plus.**
