Shift Timings:

• US shift (07.30 PM IST to 04.30 AM IST)
• India Shift (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM IST)

Description:

• You have at least 2 years experience from a similar role.
• Some HR related academic qualifications are essential.
• Training coordination experience would be advantageous.
• E-commerce exposure would be advantageous
• You understand how to find good people.
• You are somebody who knows how to keep good people.
• Results driven individual.
• Somebody who is able to take ownership of projects or tasks.
• Exposure to international recruitment would be beneficial.
• Ability to come up with solutions to problems.
• You are able to demonstrate prior results that you have achieved.
• You are somebody who takes pride in their work.
• You have an excellent standard of English.
