Role Description: Ranosys is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven Solution Architect - Microsoft. This role will design enterprise architecture and suggest the best possible solutions for Microsoft Technologies. This role will work with the sales team and interact with prospects for understanding the requirements and designing solutions and providing estimates. This role will understand the customer requirements and provide solutions on various Microsoft technology stacks including .NET, Azure PowerApp, SharePoint, and Business Central.

Responsibilities include:

• Understand the complete Microsoft ecosystem and be aware of the latest trends.
• Architecture planning, understanding, designing, and implementations.
• Expert in solution design of Microsoft technologies including .NET, Azure PowerApp, SharePoint, and others.
• Estimate the efforts and provide a precise timeline for the project.
• Understand the Azure ecosystem and propose solutions to that.
• Determine the project need and create an optimal resource plan.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and can provide solutions for product engineering and digital transformation projects.
• Propose the right solution and architecture for the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Understanding or exposure to Business Central/Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage.
• Go through RFPs and identify the gaps in the requirements, discuss with sales and clients to fill those gaps.
• Understand the ambiguity in requirements and suggest solutions.
• Communicate with clients and discuss the proposal or queries and get clarifications from clients.
• Prepare the presentation on the proposal and present it to the client.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies. Gain knowledge of new relevant technologies and share knowledge with team members.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• A clear track record of application hands-on design and development using Microsoft toolsets and platforms will be required.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Microsoft implementations including 3 to 4 years in Architecture design and planning.
