Everestek is looking for a senior business development manager for their marketing and sales needs to expand their services business in the USA. You will be working along with your counterparts in the USA on the business development of Everestek’s digital services. Your primary focus will be to increase Everestek’s digital presence, generate credible leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of business development experience in the overseas software industry.
• Experience in marketing in the digital transformation services sector
• Experience in creating marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Experience in participating and representing in trade shows
• Experience with converting marketing leads into sales opportunities
• Experience in marketing and sales in the Insurance Industry in the USA is a huge plus
• Experience with doing market research to identify the right target areas to increase sales
• Experience in handling social media presence in the software services sector.
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Excellent writing skills are a must
• Excellent logical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter
• MBA in Marketing/Sales is desired

Responsibilities

1. Work directly with founders and overseas sales and marketing teams and develop Everestek’s marketing and sales strategy and plan.
2. Double revenue in 2021 while building a marketing/sales engine that will accelerate growth in 2022 and beyond.
