Roles and Responsibilities

• The Producer is responsible for the pre- production, production and post- production needs in creation of video, interactive, and static content
• Script writing, producing, budgeting, managing and overseeing a variety of simultaneous projects/ productions to ensure delivery of high- quality, compelling content
• Sourcing, discovering, and creating from start to finish compelling stories/ image pieces for video for placement in YouTube, and other digital outlets
• Managing company YouTube channel and adopting best practices and improvements for making the channel and its content more impactful to targeted audiences
• Video content may range from scripted or semi- scripted to unscripted, from short- form content/ series to longer- form episodes
• Monitor industry trends and competitors for best practices to implement
• Work with senior management to develop a strategic plan to achieve and increase traffic/ subcribers/ Youtube views

The ideal candidate displays a demonstrated passion and in- depth knowledge of digital audiences to produce a rich video experience across all digital platforms, including social media. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a strong communicator, highly- engaged and helps develop compelling product video. Skills required:

• 2+ years experience in developing video stories for online distribution
• Demonstrated experience shooting video single-handedly
• Experience creating, editing and managing videos
• Expert experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premier or Final Cut
• Demonstrated ability to write scripts or voice track video
• Experience in creating post- production graphics for video
• Demonstrated experience in digital video content creation and in- depth knowledge of
  YouTube and videos role/ best practices in content strategy
• Experience creating video as part of an organizations or agencys public relations o
