Serve as a member of the IT Management team representing the interests and communications channel & Client’s Help Desk function for the dept.
Coordinate the installation, configuration and upkeep of all technology utilized throughout the enterprise.

Required Candidate profile

Knowledge of Active User Directory Management, Office 365, Azurer Cloud Services. Understanding of Ticketing systems ( Ace Project, Service Desk , Jira ,Zen Desk etc..). Knowledge of VPN, WAN, LAN

Education/Experience

Experience : 4 - 6 years
