• Lodestone Software (Ahmedabad) is a testing focused company (with a team of 750+ employees) and we are looking for people with a strong drive to build a career in HR and Admin.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
• Update internal databases with new hire information.
• Create and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies.
• Publish and remove job ads on social media.
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
• Onboarding Process.
• Rolling out offer letter, appointment letter and required letters as and when required.
• Well versed with Employee engagement activities.
• Respond to employees questions about benefits.
• Check Attendance data on Monthly basis.
• Exit Process.

Requirements:

• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Basic knowledge of IT-Recruitment
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Knowledge of HR tools.
• Organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Able to handle pressure
