Looking for a experienced support engineer for an enterprise class asset mapping software.

Key Responsibilities:

• To Work with customers via email, conference calls to understand and troubleshoot the issue
• Resolve technical issues and provide an excellent customer experience
• Attend work on a staggered shift basis, as per business need
• Maintain complete and current support history of customer cases
• Collaborate with peers and technical associates on problem resolution
• Interface with the software development team to help them understand the issue
• Maintain skill set and understanding of all the versions of the software

Skill Set:

• Excellent analytical and Logical thinking
• Strong troubleshooting / diagnostic abilities
• Ability to think laterally, possess strong problem solving, planning and prioritization skills
• Experience working with customers from varied geographical locations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Work as a bridge between Development team and customer until the issue resolution
