Job Description

1) Looking after Children and Staff
2) To make sure all the activities and tasks are executed properly by the Wardens and Care Takers as per the schedule of the Hostel (e.g. Waking up children at 5:00 am, make sure all the children participate in Morning Yoga Activity, etc).
3) Make sure that discipline is maintained in the staff and deals with children as a counselor
4) Documentation and maintaining files related to children.
5) Must have proficiency in computer.

Location: Udaipur (Badi)

Education/Experience

MSW Or MA in Sociology

8-9 years of experience as a Warden and 1-2 years as a Hostel Superintendent/ Deputy Hostel Superintendent.

(Must have an exposure of dealing and handling children)
