Job Description :

Experience: 2-8 years, Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• The person will be responsible for managing day to day operations for various applications.

• Responsible to work & resolve INC/SR/CHG/PR as part of daily routine work within the SLAs.

• Responsible for daily monitoring & health-check of the applications, batch jobs etc.

• Responsible for Pro-actively identifying any issues & resolve them.

• Responsible to Create/update/maintain relevant operations related documentation to ensure knowledge is retained in the team.

• Responsible to deliver fantastic customer delivery & team collaboration for ensuring seamless operations.

• Responsible to attend daily/weekly/monthly team/client meetings as required.

• Responsible to ensure proper hand-over of responsibilities/tasks while shifts end to the next shift team members.

• Responsible to setup/update/modify the monitoring setup to pro-actively catch & fix system abnormalities.

• Responsible to work on development tasks/stories as & when required.

• Responsible for bug-fixing, rollouts & change implementation as & when required. Open for 24x7 availability & working in rotational shifts
