Role Purpose :-

To support the client in data migration, specifications and other general BA support tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Analysis and design

• Develop an understanding of business processes within the education domain.
• Conduct analysis of current state and future state to identify the fields that are missing or unavailable whilst maintaining the quality of data.
• Analyse existing software packages from Civica to understand their features and how they fit into the school administration process.
• Meet with key stakeholders (internal and external) and elicit requirements for Data migration. Key stakeholders include: Developers, Testers, Product managers, External clients and Support personnel.
• Formulate suitable designs, meet requirement parameters and validate assumptions with key stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis of current state and future state to identify the fields that are missing or unavailable whilst maintaining the quality of data
• Plan production implementation i.e. data migration and conduct go live activities relating to data migration, as identified.

Solution Documentation

• Create migration requirements documentation adhering to documentation templates.
• Ensure your requirements documents are properly presented (spelling and grammar checked) and are concise and cover all areas for development.
• Utilise tools to document, track and communicate requirements.
• Ensure requirements have been reviewed thoroughly by key stakeholders and feedback is incorporated into documentation.

Technical

• Understanding of enterprise development approaches and design methodologies.
• Skilled at completing technical design via iterative mock-ups.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (esp. Word and Excel).

Education:

First class and above grade, Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any Discipline from a university of UGC accredited. MBA preferred

Essential Competencies :-

• Previous experience in similar role for at least 3 years.
