P&OD Administrator (HR Executive)

Core Responsibilities:


  • Upkeep and maintenance of the People system
  • Leavers and starters documentation (including production of offers)
  • Administration of letters (including change of T&Cs, Promotions, etc)
  • Maternity, Paternity and Adoption administration
  • Dealing with flexible working requests
  • Recording and monitoring of sickness
  • Dealing with Tender information requests
  • Liaise with Payroll
  • Updating of and sending out of weekly vacancy lists
  • Deal with the Post and monitor People Team Inbox
  • Creation of Purchase Orders on Purchasing system within the People Team
  • Benefits administration and queries (Pension, Childcare, Cycle to Work etc)
  • Dealing with company car queries and fuel card queries
  • Advice and guidance on employment law.
  • Dealing with general People queries
  • Scanning and indexing of People Files
  • Maintain of Knowledge Base System
  • Monthly reporting
  • Update policies and procedures
