We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to expand our existing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business to customer (B2C) service
• Excellent English speaking, grammar and spelling
• Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, proactive and solution focused
• Meet our customer-centric targets/SLA's through the provision of excellent customer
  experience across all customer channels and touch points (email, phone, live chat)
• Responding to customer contacts and solving any issues in a helpful, empathetic manner
• Processing orders and accurately input and document actions within the CRM while
  maintaining company performance and productivity standards
• Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Head of Customer Services

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Experience of Customer Service
• Good Communication
