We are looking for experienced software professionals to manage, develop, and lead the engineering of diverse web applications. He/She would be a strong engineering/product leader who drives excellence in all aspects of engineering disciplines such as design, development, analytics, and quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of programming experience using React.js
• 4+ years of experience as a Front-end developer with an in-depth understanding of web development
• Programming experience using React, Redux
• Experience with Relation Database Systems (RDBMS)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment as part of a scrum team
