Roles and Responsibilities

5 - 10 years of experience

• Strong experience in Windows Admin, Windows Server Admin, powershell, DNS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft O365
• Working knowledge of VPN connectivity and client trouble shooting
• Knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing
• Knowledge of network protocols such as: DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes
• Good Understanding of MS Azure Services (IAAS with PowerShell)
• Good Knowledge of Azure VM CreationDeletionModification.
• Good Knowledge for Azure Subscriptions.
• Good Knowledge of MS Azure Clustering & high Availability.
• Good Knowledge of Monitoring of MS Azure Services.
• Good understanding of Azure Storage & network connectivity with On-Premises infra.
• Good experience of Azure Administration Tasks & Troubleshooting on Azure Service. Good understanding of Active Directory Objects, Forest, Trees, Domain
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft O365, spam filtering, and overall how email works with various spam filtering engines. 
• Good understanding of DNS and DHCP concepts
• Good understanding of Group Policies (Creating ,Testing ,Implementation)
• Good knowledge of Replication Concepts
• Should be good with documentation and other ITIL processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Experience working with Firewalls, Fortinet preferred.
• Experience with Linux is a requirement
• Management of Azure Active Directory and Intune
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V (2012 R2, 2016 and 2019)
• Good understanding of network switching, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, etc.
• Management of Web servers such as IIS, Apache, Nginx, etc.
• Understanding of Load Balancing and content switching
• Experience and knowledge of Web Application Firewalls (Cloud based, such as Cloudflare, Imperva, etc. and on-premise WAFs)
