Responsibilities:

  • Build: 

    • Own the product architecture

    • Create common reusable components/libraries

    • Write high-quality code to solve complex problems

    • Evaluate new technologies and create POCs

  • Scale: 

    • Continuously optimize the application to meet the business growth

    • Leverage AWS services

  • Leadership

    • Attract, recruit & mentor engineers

    • Regularly publish your learnings on our medium blog

Education/Experience

Key Requirements

  • High on customer-obsession 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, drive, and ability to deliver results
  • Understandings of engineering best practices, design patterns, and data structure
  • Proficient in Node.js
  • Experienced in MySQL / Postgresql 
  • 5+ years of experience in backend
