Role : Technical Product Manager

Experience: 10-15 years

Mandatory Skills:

• Good experinece with project management tools, processes and practices
• Some HRTech domain experience will help
• Will assist in the gathering of requirements, and configuring best fit solutions for newly  clients
• Should have knowledge of PM audit processes and tools
• Will be responsible to plan for future customization/features of the HRIS platform, and manage projects as they onboard new customers onto their platform.
• Follow-up with clients -Answer prospects questions via in-house CRM tool.
• Participate in product configuration to ensure that final delivery meets needs of the clients
• Maintain relationship with client to ensure customer satisfaction and advise client of ways that they can enhance their solution with other available clients products.
• Analytical skills to match product functionality to prospect requirements/needs
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading project scheduling & planning
• Assigning of Tasks / Ensure completion
• Weekly Status Meetings/Reports with clients 
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Make sure the project management process works and and is a documented repeatable process.
•  To work closely with Tech Architects, Product managers and other teams towards the development/maintenance of core project functionalities.
• To implement new initiative/processes and existing process change to timescale and to the requisite standard and quality
• To Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos and other Scrum-related meeting.
•  To report project status to Delivery Head & client managers and develop required delivery documentations
