Roles and Responsibilities

Skills and Qualification:

1. Experience in OWASP Top 10, Web application security.

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3. Technical knowledge of vulnerabilities, threats, attack methods, and infection vectors related to Applications, databases, servers, and networks.

4. Knowledge of SSL, ASP dot net, Application logs, vulnerability assessment, Penetration testing, Tools like Burp suite, Open VAS, Nessus, Cookies, website data analytics, and other ethical hacking and security assessment tools

5. A strong networking foundation, Proficient understanding of IT infrastructure and security architecture, network security, log management, Cookies, website data analytics, and website hosting (IIS and Apache Web server)

6. Knowledge of Akamai WAF would be an advantage

7. Security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, ISO27001 LI / LA would be a bonus

8. Good understanding and familiarity with cloud concepts, Web hosting fundamentals

9. Ability to produce high-quality work to demanding timescales, Interpersonal skills working within a team environment

10. Outstanding ability to communicate both in written and verbal form Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable to change, Able to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks at short notice. Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
