Job purpose:

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment and help us execute our strategic recruitment plans efficiently.

Who you are:

  • Hands on experience of 3 to 5 years in hardcore IT Recruitment.
  • Well versed with Technology hiring and market trends.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using different methods/platforms.
  • Managing end to end recruitment.
  • Processing large volume of candidates efficiently.
  • Effectively conducting negotiation conversations.
  • Participate in campus hiring & employer branding.

What will excite us:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition executive especially with IT - Software and Services Clients.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Prior experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Prior experience of managing bulk hiring drive.
  • Excellent Post offer candidate engagement ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Work Location:

  • As of now we are 100% WFH and will continue WFH till it is safe to visit the office.
  • Once it is safe to travel, employee will have to work from office based at Ahmedabad.
