Roles and Responsibilities

• Issues requiring involvement of OEM or third-party groups (VPN peers) for troubleshooting.
• Escalated change requests which may need to be reviewed or further escalated to engineering.
• Advanced knowledge topics such as IP/VLAN and WLAN design, system integrations(WIFI Channel design for 2Ghz and 5Ghz , VPNs, VOIP handoffs, etc.),topology review, etc.
• Investigate and Address recurring issues including slow connections, flapping circuits, VPN tunnels and hardware.
• Engineering Advanced involvement relating to system design and implementation, MACDs, Firmware Testing/Validation ,etc.
• Perform change management on design changes and documentation updates regarding network topology, VLANs, IP schema, etc.
• Coordinate creation of VPNs with Third-Party peers including exchanging of Public IP space, VPN type, IP routes, and pre-shared keys
• Maintain and be responsible for golden configuration, performing review and updates to configs based on changing customer requirements and projects.
• Testing and Verification of Firmware Upgrades in lab and then management of deployment to networks

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• MUST NEED KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE OF WLAN WITH Aruba or Ruckus or Meraki
• MUST HAVE Excellent English communication skills
• MUST be ready to work in any shift. All allowances will be give as extra pay
