Programmers.IO is currently looking to hire UI UX Designer. If you think you are a good fit and willing to work from Hyderabad or Jaipur location.

Experience Required: - 3 Years to 8 Years

Skill Sets: - wireframes, prototypes, HTML, CSS and Adobe XD

We are looking for someone who is experienced in both UI and UX design to contribute to the design effort for the new web application. An ideal resource would have particularly strong UX experience in B2B applications, but some UI abilities are also necessary.

Qualification & Skills

Experience

• 3+ years experience as a UX designer
• Some consistent UI experience along the way – must be able to make things look nice
• Developing wireframes, styled prototypes, site maps
• Translating prototype styling to CSS (via a tool or by hand) for developers to implement
• Detailing the UX work (i.e. functional specs, annotations, user stories, etc.)
• Communication and storytelling
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on a complex legacy business application. Learn to use the legacy application, consume existing requirements documentation and address gaps
• Collaborate with project team members, including designers, internal users, product managers, and tech leads
• Ability to collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation meets high quality standards

Plus, but not required

• Experience with modernization of B2B desktop apps to web
• Enterprise software for life sciences industry
• We are tool agnostic for this engagement, but Adobe XD would be nice as it is our full-time hire’s preferred tool
