About Role - Remote Senior Magento2 Frontend developer

This is a fully remote role and requires fluency in written and verbal English.
You will be reporting directly to the CTO based in the UK.

As Senior Magento 2 Front End Developer, you'll participate in all development aspects of the solution. Your mission will be to drive the progress of the web application and the development team while providing the best user experience imaginable. This is a full-time permanent role for a true self-starter, someone who wants to build something from the beginning.

As our Senior Magento2 Frontend Developer, you'll be responsible for

• Developing the front end of our client's websites to a very high standard.
• Assisting project managers in providing realistic time estimates to clients for front-end-related tasks.
• Working alongside a backend developer to produce solutions that function brilliantly and look great.
• Carrying out comprehensive testing on all major support browsers and devices.
• Problem-solve issues on projects and find workable solutions.
• Communicating your progress clearly to project managers
• Working with customers, to achieve desired new features and bug fixes
• Shine with engineering excellence by developing test infrastructures, writing documentation, ensuring high performance, and following an agile development methodology
• Writing entirely new code and maintain and update existing code
• Research on new frameworks for improving the architecture
• Ensure development best practices are followed (Clean Code, Clean Architecture, code reviews)
• Actively communicate with the stakeholders, team members, and clients
