Job Description for Technical Lead

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail oriented individual to join our team in

Adrixus Tech Studio who holds wide experience in Full stack development, Architectural designs and team mentoring . In this role, you'll be able to work on several amazing products and projects. on each project, so youll be able to acquire new insights and develop your skills as you grow with us!

In this role, Major requirements

• Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business/product problems.
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered and solve team members queries and technical issues
• Should be able to work on React and Node. Angular knowledge is a plus point.
• Should be able to handle multiple products, design their architecture, code review and team training
• Should be very focused in quality, efficiency and practical.
• Should be good with relational and non-relational databases
• Should be aware about reactive programming and async programming
• Should be able to handle more than 3-4 teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for software
• Oversight and approval of all final programs and products before formal launch
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes, architectures, database designs and interactions
• Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching best practices in coding
• Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
• Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
• Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
• Address technical concerns, scalability ba
