• Responsible for all marketing and technical content (development, and creation) including online branding, video, newsletters, case study, digital media marketing, product documentation etc.
• Responsible for producing high-quality documentation (marketing content, campaigns, and social media) that contributes to the overall success of our products.
• Implement communications plans to increase brand awareness.
• Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writes and edits technical information accordingly.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

Requirements:

• University degree in English/B.Tech./M.Tech.
• Excellent written skills in English.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B content writing, and development in IT industry.
• Willing to work in Ahmedabad.
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting, as necessary.
• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Well aware of the differences between British and American English.
• Should be comfortable researching and writing on technical topics.
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
