Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage JavaScript team & practice
• Develop & manage large scale applications using Node.js, React, Angular, Vue.js etc.
• Hire & train new team members on JavaScript
• Help team in writing technical blogs / articles / white papers around JS technologies
• Speak in various technical conferences
• Manage end to end product delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

• 05+ Years experience in application development using Node.js, React, Angular, Vue.js etc.
• Minimum 2 years experience in managing teams
• Very strong on data structure , algorithms and debugging
• Used services provided by cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure etc.
• Expertise in writing complex microservices
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in Agile development practices
• Experience in dealing with international clients

Extra:

• Creating high performance progressive web applications (PWAs) is a plus
• Experience in DevOps tools and technologies will be an added advantage
• An entrepreneur mindset would be a huge plus
