Job Summary:

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Senior Quality Analyst to expand our existing development team and work on international e-commerce application.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating test plan automation procedures.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Exposure in Agile and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Discover training needs and provide training.

• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Analyse, plan, design, develop, implement and maintain product software.

• Ensure team health, whenever required to provide technical guidance to the team.
• Should able to drive manual testing, API/Web Service Automation, Integration testing, Gathering requirement for existing products.
• Should be proficient in converting manual test cases to automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Load, Performance testing.
• Good Problem solving and logical skills.
• Should be having good communication skills.
• Works independently under minimal direction with strong work ethic.
• Web development experience is a major plus.
• Motivate team members.
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
